I'm thinking Black Hondurans (likely illegals). There's a lot of them in New Orleans East. The TPOSs who killed a woman in the French Quarter earlier this year were illegal black homduran teens that lived in the East.

it looked like the clerk left the room and came back in though before firing additional shots. they might try to say that he could have escaped and chose to go back in and kill the kid.
i've got no problem with it, for the record, i am just trying to think like a race-baiting, activist prosecutor.

What a wild assumption. He was just outside the camera frame. Likely to get out of view of the robbers if they were still alive.
Should he just sit there in frame and wait to see if the robber could still shoot him?

The dude had a gun, and was still moving. Still a threat. You are allowed to shoot until the threat is eliminated. He will not be charged. And if he is charged, he will win in court.

I thought I read that the DA isn’t going to press charges against the clerk.i hope this is true.
Also, what ever happened to the days of having good looking news anchors? I never watch the news and these 2 validate that decision. My God!

settle down, Sparky. i literally said in my post that i dont have a problem with it. i swear sometimes people get so riled up in their indignation that they dont take two seconds to even read and comprehend an entire post before having to reply.
