The only part of this story that saddens me is that the bus driver opened the door for a lawsuit by kicking them off the bus.

If you care about your kids, you cannot send them to schools like this. You just can't. And I don't care what color you are, creed, race, religion, whatever.
YOU CAN NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO SCHOOLS LIKE THIS.
If you have the means, shell out the dough for private. If you don't have the means, do research and move to a city where the schools are worth a shite. It's like these shite schools here in BR. If you live in BR and you know you're sending your kid to a shite school, you're fricking up. And your kid is going to pay the price for your lazy, do nothing arse. That's on you, not on them.
