My 98 Jeep Cherokee died at 343,000 miles when it overheated. I just might rebuild that 4.0 and go another 300K.

There's not a single thing that works on it other than the engine.

Aiming for four more years. When I pay off my wife's Med School, I better get treated to something nice!

Hasn't given me any issues and drives like the day I drove it off the lot.
Really underrated truck IMO. They rival a Tacoma but for 5-10k less.

Only issue is the rear lift glass hinges, so I just used windshield adhesive to fasten it down in the lift gate. Oh, and the lights on a couple of the window rocker switches in drivers door don't come on.

Power seats, power windows, auto front and rear a/c, everything works. I've replaced hoses belt radiator water pump, and just recently the original alternator.

Get 21mpg on interstate using cruise control.

And thanks for provoking me to respond, now I bet it'll burn to the ground by the end of the day.

138,000 2010 Chevy Z-71. Thank God for that truck during the flood. Still rolling strong.
