Great the rivers are pumping and the surfing will be great. It's a little chilly but at least it's not bone arse dry like summer.

Decks a little frozen and some ice to be found here on the luckily spared southern end... down/up here in north central Alabama.

I’m enjoying the weather. Cleared the ice off my car/drive yesterday. Just watching birds at the feeders now.

I don’t like 100 with 80% humidity either.

It’ll always be Fall/Spring for me.

I’m with you on this one
Much easier to cool off than it is to get warm, especially the older I get

Yep. A cold drink and relaxing at the end of a hot day is a great feeling.

The only feeling I get with this weather is "when is this shite going to be over?"

For sure. Thankfully we don't get conditions like that anywhere in the United States.

Yea, I'm no fan of the bitter cold if there's no ice or snow to come with it but fffffffffffffrick 100 degrees with 55% humidity in July and August. That shite is unbearable, and I'm not even fat. Only bad thing about winter is the heater does not stop.

Just east of Knoxville:
Light snow falling and accumulating everywhere
18F with 9mph wind out of the northwest.
Most schools closed today and tomorrow as it's predicted to get colder tonight. Haven't seen a vehicle of any kind on the road past our farm. The road is snow covered, don't know what's under the snow.

Summer temperatures in Lake Charles, Louisiana, are typically hot and humid, with daily highs frequently reaching or exceeding 95°F (35°C) during July. The region features a humid subtropical climate with long summers, often accompanied by extremely high humidity levels that average around 90% in the mornings.

Close enough imo and in the US

Because of our proximity to Indiana and Illinois, we also deal with “corn sweat”.

So maybe not 80, but we definitely get into the 70s and humid as frick in the Ohio Valley. The point still stands that it sucks too.

saying 160*F heat index is very much not "close enough" to a midday high and a morning relative humidity reading.

Anywhere in the country where there is dew on the ground has reached 100% humidity at some point in the day.

how dumb are you?

You think the humidity stays at 90% all day in the summer?

Suns out. Supposed to get above freezing later today. Ice is starting to melt off the roof. Thank God. I’m sick of this shite.
