Both seem like pretty bad wastes of time. Why can't we ever get a TE worth a damn!!!

Are you fricking high?

Fleener. Moreau does not even deserve to be close to this conversation.

Why not? What has Moreau done in a Saints uniform besides being a "hometown baw?"

Fleener: 5 yr, $36M ($18M guaranteed)

Moreau: 3 yr, $12M ($8M guaranteed)

How is this even a question? Moreau has been a decent blocker and is probably a better contract than oft-injured Juwan Johnson (2 yr, $12M).

Moreau is like 5 months out of cancer treatment. The fact he is even playing makes this a moot point.

Moreau was not brought here to be TE1, Fleener was supposed to be our next really good TE, and he was not. Now if you want to talk about disappointment in our current TE room, I'm looking at Johnson. I expected big things from him this year.

Cook signing was way worse! Then Flener. Moreau’s deal is not bad and he’s supposed to be the backup to forever injured Johnson.

Block

He wasn't brought in to be a weapon like Fleener was.

The worse signing is Jimmy Graham. Not bc he’s a bad player but bc he’s a wasted roster spot. We NEVER use him

Moreau is in for blocking and an occasional catch or two a game. And is not making much.

Fleener was paid bank to be the man and had butterfingers.

Props to Foster...

..but the Saints and other NFL teams aren't charity cases. Foster has had two major mistakes in the last four games
