Only one was on the board for our second round pick. But All were on the board in the first round. and you could make the argument it would have been better than our first round pick.
Why use the first AND second round pick for unproven DL when you can get Montez Sweat for a second?

Moreau is a utility TE in that he blocks mostly, becomes a decoy on routes and if you don't cover him hewill probably catch a pass when you least expect it.....but he's not a playmaker....never has been

Moreau isn't a bad TE, so, I don't get why you don't like him. I mean just because he made some mistakes as of late doesn't mean the guy is a bad TE. He's been a dependable, solid TE in his career with the Raiders before joining the Saints, and he will continue to be a solid TE. He's just had terrible luck since joining the Saints with a serious medical issue and other setbacks.

There’s this little thing called a salary cap that the saints are not good at managing. Bears gonna pay sweat 25 million a year. We couldn’t pay Hendrickson 15.
