Wow. What a culster fro the fornt offfice.

Who would have thought.

Shocking.

Saints. Are at it again.

Going to be one of the only teams, that have both #1 Wrs on Injured Reserve. At some point during the season.

Even if saints make the playoffs, Olave is getting injured first game.

The pick was retarded when they made it.

Caught chasing potential again.

Davenport
Turner
Penning
Sullivan
Knight

Seems the Saints just can’t resist ignoring the red flags when they see a player with big talent.

I know every team can put together a list of busts but if Tyson is the latest in a long line of them Loomis has to be heals accountable for this . It comes at the worst possible time, especially when there were equally talented players this team could have used on the board that they passed on for Tyson.

Bain was always the pick. I like C Miller, but WR was also stacked in Rd 2.

Bain is going to annihilate Casear Ruiz and Shough is due for an injury. Historically, he gets injured every other year.

Tyson had a damn Hamstring injury for 10 straight months before the draft and we still drafted the guy. Guy gets pushed from behind making a catch and pulls his other hamstring. That is not normal. He probably will play less than 16 games total for us in his entire career here while Bain will become a future Hall of Famer.

I'll hold you to that.

I was a Bain fan during the draft process also.

But that's quite the leap.

If you have the kind of foresight, how have you not picked a winning lotto ticket yet?

Arguing we should have played it safe and avoided elite potential due to the odds he wouldn't pan out (due to injury), but then arguing for an even bigger statistical long shot is quite the cognitive dissonance.

Shut the frick up if your iq is below 80. That’s you and anyone calling Shough “injury prone”

Would be interesting to see a list of absolute busts for every team over the past 20 years.

This is not a defense of him, as the buck stops with him and he ultimately has to take the blame; but I do find it funny that when the team has a good/great draft all of the talk is well the coaching staff must have had input... Make some bad picks, and it's Loomis is trash and sucks at drafting...

Seeing the clip from Dallas trying to trade up with Clev made me wonder, what was the scouts elevator pitch for Tyson.

Could not find the non-FB clip, but jump to 1:33 for the pitch

Edit: The search results really sucks when you consider the movie Draft Day featured the Clev Browns

It was.

I think people were hoping after a couple of weeks of rest and staring at a couple more weeks, that the Saints would have legit hope of getting him back earlier in the season.

So, that there was no consideration there is newsworthy.
