The irony of you telling me where I belong is hilarious

You're the one who admitted it, if the shoe fits...

What a silly thought. Since you think we are all privileged racist why choose ironic?
Be consistent in your mouth foam.
Last post before this horrible thread is wacked

It is fascinating how a certain group of folks always immediately grabs for Michael Brown and Sterling to hold up as their "See - these guys were BAD, so most of the police shootings were justified!" counterexamples.
Even if one acknowledges that, what about Tamir Rice?
Or Freddie Gray?
Or Philando Castile?
Or Laquan McDonald?
Etc...
Also sort of interesting that most, if not all the links anyone has pulled up where cops were convicted are from the last few years. Almost like it's only recently that these departments have been compelled to start holding their employees under more scrutiny.
You say
The fact that you think those folks DON'T do that probably speaks more to your obliviousness than anything...and who could blame you? Not your community, why should you need to care what they do...until it interrupts something you are paying attention to, like football. Then it can get elevated to an annoyance for you to whine about.
THAT'S one of the aims of protests...to force people to have to pay attention to issues they'd rather overlook--Even if a lot of folks have overly-bigoted responses to such things. (For the record, not saying everyone who disagrees with this protest falls in that category, but a lot of the knee-jerk reaction clearly comes from that kind of place.)

Maybe use the same insane fervor on blacks killing blacks, drug dealers, single family homes, and lack of education...just a thought.

Nope. Police brutality was not invented with the blacks. Irish got their heads smashed. American Indians too. Coal miners...on and on. Look up the stats if you dare on how many bad shootings happen to non blacks vs blacks.
You won't so there you are.
I posted again

To be fair, I don't think this is pertinent given that your mentioned groups aren't currently facing such discrimination. It is best not to keep a score board going back hundreds of years, but rather to address modern issues.

it's safe to say that the extent to the issue lies somewhere in between both narratives.
Issue lies with cops being 20 times more likely to be killed by young black men than young black men are to be killed by cops...... look it up.
Again, no accountability for actions. Cause and effect is a real thing ya know.
Im not saying there arent instances of foul play. There are. And there are with white victims as well. But percentage wise and statistically there is PROVEN research that this is a false narrative.

Yeah, but that kind of information isn't important to the cause dude. Cops can't play the victim card.

Tom Benson Responds like a Boss
That's quite a few words from a man of few words. I doubt that came from Benson. He hasn't said that much at one time since he threatened to move the team out of NOLA after Katrina.

Tom Benson is a scumbag.
I wish there was a way to take the Saints away from him.
My only regret when the Saints won the Super Bowl was he was still the owner.

How about you read the memo. I can tell that you haven't. That may be the talking point that the media likes to focus on but there's a lot more to it than that. Educate yourself. I have.
Dude, that memo is dated September of this year. The kneeling began last season and Kapernick was clear what it was about. It was about people perceiving that cops were killing blacks just for kicks and without repurcussions.
You and they can educate (read: delude) yourselves into thinking it's now about criminal justice reform, racial inequality or whatever. That's fine. But don't belittle those who know what it's really about and THAT original bogus reason is why folks get mad when people kneel during the national anthem.
