Also, again, his words were quite clear. He resents this country because of his own worldview. Which is perfectly fine. And those who disagree with him have every reason and right to judge him for that accordingly.

Michael Brown and Alton Sterling were clear as frick cases. They both deserved to get shot.
Alton Sterling, a convicted felon child molestor that had a gun, was repeatedly told to not reach for it, and resisted arrest. There are multiple videos reviewed by the DOJ that were not made available to the public that were apparently extremely clear.
Michael Brown, the gentle giant that had just got done robbing a convenience store and assaulting the store owner moments before, charged at a police officer, with dozens of reliable eye witness accounts. The OBAMA run DOJ completely cleared the officer of all charges. There is now documented evidence that the "Hands Up Don't Shoot" meme was completely fabricated by a known community agitator in the scene shortly after.
We can't help it if your community picks the wrong "victims" and causes.
Maybe use the same insane fervor on blacks killing blacks, drug dealers, single family homes, and lack of education...just a thought.

Tom did not respond like a boss.
He as an owner, both his teams staff, and the players (his employees) chose a political stance. Now they are receiving the consequences from their decision making political stances. He is trying to do damage control days after this happened. This move shows he does not care about the fan base he lost.
They chose a side and they need to live with their decision good or bad!
