Yep, no reason to push money into the future unless its needed.

Rams are his last stop. If it was about money he would have signed already.

Dude legit wants to be a good fit and I can respect him for that. Hope he thinks we are the best fit.

He wants to win. Can't see how Seattle fits into this picture.

Only one team has a HOF QB and with his inclusion, a bonafide Super Bowl contender.

So basically we may have to wait until after his visit with the Rams tomorrow to hear anything ??

Sorry but he will not pick Seahawks, if he wants to win it will be either Rams or saints. as I see now. They both have the best chance of making it to the Super Bowl. The saints have a better defensive scheme for him. We shall see after his Rams visit tomorrow what happens. Another few days of refreshing and stalking Twitter for updates

Triplett just stated on Twitter we should be around $9.5mil under the cap. Could be more if we do some restructures.

I don’t think money will be the issue. It will be whether or not he thinks he has a better chance to win with us or the Rams.

The longer it goes the less I get invested into the thought so Suh is technically doing me a favor lol.

Exactly how I feel right now the longer this going on is making lose interest in him. I hate waiting

If he is serious about being on a legit contender, then that should remove Tenn & Seattle

I'm kinda indifferent at this point. I was way more emotionally invested Friday. I would love to have him but either way it's been a good off season with the draft upcoming to look forward to . I am pretty thrilled about Demario Davis.

What if LA is getting Suh because they know they cant keep donald long term. I mean Donald is a monster but can you really pay a DT/DE QB money?

I think they may go after him hard knowing they may not be able to keep Donald

They have to keep Donald. Way younger and is the better player. Suh is in his 30s now, it would be a really dumb move to pay Suh as the guy to replace Donald.

I would assume they would go with the 26-year-old pro bowler over the 31-year-old Suh.

Yeah perhaps not the best wording on my part, but the point was to show that despite having Brees with a massive hit next year, we still have tons of cap next year.

There is no question Donald is the better player. But...at what point is too much for him is what im saying.

Would you feel great about paying a non QB 20+ million a year regardless of how good he is..

Also, goff is getting at leats 20 million a year and Gurly is probably getting at least 10-13

Thats like 50 million tied up in 3 players. Im not trying to say suh is on donalds level. But long term Donald may not be a guy you can keep financially

That's selling Donald short. He was the defensive player of the year, all pro, best DT in the league.

You pay that man 20m and not look back. No point to pay suh 15 and let Donald walk.
