I agree, I also think it comes down to the Saints & LA. I believe the deciding factor will be how long he intends on playing as he can be productive in both schemes (4-3 v 3-4). If he's looking to play around 3 more years, I think the Saints are a no brainer bc of Brees. But, if he's looking at 5+ years; I think he would take his chances w/ LA bc of how young that team is.

A 3-5 year future is kind of where it's still 50/50 and he could be leaning towards NOLA bc of the Brees factor and that we run his preferred defensive front.

Cowboys are now interested let's see how that goes. Dallas has just as little chance as Seattle in my opinion lol Dallas ain't winning nothing.

I'm aware -- but given that Suh's placing an emphasis on the "culture" of the team that he ultimately chooses, I'd have to imagine the Saints are right near the top of his list.....
I really hope he is right

Did he tweet a video when he left Tenn like the one he sent after leaving NO? If not, I'm pretty sure he's coming here. No worries.

I've said previously that I dont think its really possible for the Rams to give a 3-5 year deal. Even for those "cap is a myth" people, theres no way they could keep Goff, Gurley, Donald, Peters, and Joyner without limiting Suh's contract to 1 or 2 years. Not to mention their entire offensive line needs new contracts.

The Saints have to be the favorites unless he prefers to stay on the west coast or decides in the end to take more money on a very short term deal.

That will add another 2-3 days onto his "tour." Then, watch another team pop up. I hope we do not miss out on someone like Hankins while we are waiting for him to make his decision.

I don't think he will set up Cowboys they can't afford hi lie said he narrowed the teams down to Seahawks Titans Rams and saints as his final 4.

I just don't see how the Seahawks would have anything beside he knows people there but that doesn't mean anything if he wants to win know like he said he needs to pick a team with the best chance which I believe is Rams or saints.

I disagree with this logic. He knows that the next 2 years REGARDLESS of how long he wants to play, will be the back end of his prime. That means you have to think that he wants those to line up with a teams window.

Agree. If he plans another visit after the Rams then I say cut ties and go after the cheaper Hankins. Hankins is young and getting better. He had a high quality grade, just below elite, on PFF.

That and a Kony Ealy signing would shape up our DL really well and we could for sure go BPA in the draft

Will the Rams throw more money at Suh than the Saints could?

Who knows? They have a lot of cap room.

The only thing they can offer more is guaranteed money and a chance for him to play closer to home.

They have a lot of weapons but they can’t pay all of them and they will have to pick and choose in the next year or so. They might not even want to waste throwing a lot of guaranteed cash at a 31-year-old DT. We have young talent too and our window is now. They have Goff, but we have Brees. I think we can offer him a very nice contract but there’s only so much we can do. We have about 9.5 in Cap and could make more room with restructures. Still, if it’s money he’s after he will sign with Tenn or the Rams.

If he wants to sign with a contender that will still pay him handsomely he will come here

Holder is usually really out of touch about the Saints. Underhill is probably the best local guy

Wouldn’t the Rams be better served spreading their $$$ on other positions on the DL or defense?
Isn’t it overkill to have the two best and two highest paid DT’s in the league?
