When he left a lot of comments here were that he only had production bc he was opposite Cam and the Bengals overpaid.

Dude has 14.5 sacks this year. Which is 5th in the nfl and is playing for an AFC championship.

Wish he was still a WhoDat and not a WhoDey

I never questioned his pass rush ability but a traffic cone is a better run defender.

I said multiple times we can’t let him walk

Decided to keep Cam instead who will retire soon

Calm down a bit.

Allen was an all-around beast, borderline Hall of Famer if not one.

Agree, he’s not as good as Allen but lots of parallels. Around the same size, each went to a small school, trey taken at the very end of the 3rd, Allen in the 4th, and both share the same pigment melanin.……

Should’ve shat on cam and kept Trey. So many personnel issues.

He's a beast. That 2017 draft was all money. This draft should have paved a way to another Super Bowl like the 2006 one. But Brees got old and Payton offense turned archaic.

He’s an elite pass rusher. But he’s pretty bad against the run. The saints just couldn’t afford to spend that much for a guy that would only be on the field in specific situations. It just wouldn’t have made any sense. I’m happy for him though to show he is in the most elite category of pass rushers

well, that's what happens when you play salary cap gymnastics like Loomis does.

eventually you have to face the music.

Allen was pretty bad against the run. Not sure all around beast is the right phrase to describe him but the man can get after the qb

Allen led the league in tackles for loss once and was routinely near the top. Not sure we are talking about the same guy. Either way, Hendrickson is not in his league

Remember when y’all were bitching on here about the pick because his arms were too short?

Thank you! This crap has gone on long enough with this "bad against the run" rhetoric.

His PFF RDef rating for this year was 41.1, which makes him the 7th worst edge defender against the run in the entire league.

I'm sorry I hurt your feelings but he's not a good run defender. That is a fact.
