0-1 but go toe to toe with them before a more experienced team with better weapons eventually pulls away midway through 4th.

0-1

The Lions aren't losing at home with a better team.

This is 2017 all over again. Start 0-2 then go on a run of 7 straight

0-1 then 0-2 ,just don’t have the overall talent yet.

1-0 and by a fairly large margin.

Just enough to get us to buy in than a significant losing streak.

Son of a bitch. Did you just jinx this team into starting 0-0-1?

I’ll be happy with a strong, competitive showing. That’s realistic I think…

0-1 but it'll be the hardest game on our schedule all season. But we'll be 4-2 heading into the Paris game.

Vikings WRs are going to eat our corners alive.

I don't see Detroit being as good as they were a few years ago.

Aren't their corners hurting?

I can see Saints win this one

I don’t think they’re a dominant team. I do think they have maybe the best offensive players in the league and they play incredibly well at home. It’s going to be a track meet that they will probably win.

The thing that has me kind of worried is that the Saints got off to a lot of slow starts last year.

and with the starters not seeing any preseason action I know they had their joint practice reps but wouldn't be shocked if they started out flat. I hope they don't I hope they come in and ball out and surprise us but it just wouldn't surprise me if they didn't.

But with the Lions missing both of starting safeties and not really being all that strong at corner. I think the Saints should be able to stay with them. and if they can't well then shame on them.

I think it’s going to be high scoring and we largely stay with them. It’s just a big ask to win a track meet against elite offensive pieces in the first game on the road without much of a warm up. If we do pull out a win I think that bodes REALLY well.

oh yeah no doubt about that man that is a tough ask.

but this is also a good time to get the drop on somebody because preseason has become so goofy.

really the first couple of games or in the month of September is I think probably where you see the most upsets happen if they're going to.

I agree if we could steal one on the road especially to start the season that could really get the momentum going.
