Archie Manning had a 38-110-3 record in his career. And after the way I've seen him defended on this board, alot of "men" on here would give him a BJ just to tell someone they did. But my point is supporting cast, playing time, practice time with starters, timing and all that matters.
Rattler may end up being a huge pile of shite but you're honestly going to judge him based off his playing time with a coaching just throwing shite at the wall in hopes he wouldn't get fired AGAIN?

before you cut a backup with some potential at a cheap salary, we should at least build a decent team around the QB to determine that.
Kid was a top HS QB and was only beat out by another top song QB in the league.
Im not saying he can do it, just dont see how you say he's garbage when he has nothing to work with around him.

I’m not really in favor of taking any qb in round 1 Cletus.id prefer to build the lines this year. I do think they should do their homework on every QB in the draft though.

It doesn’t take all that much to be better than Rattler……but Ward hasn’t faced much in College. He definitely has potential to be better than Carr, but not sure he is as of yet. The media has hyped him up A LOT

I imagine, he will take a leap this year.

But one of his strengths was being elusive and extedning plays.
Now. Saints dont have any help for him. The Talent level that surrounds him might make other teams if their starters go down.
You give him some weapons, you might see another side of ole Spence.
