Well it at least appears to me, if someone can say otherwise, the only common denominator is Nick Saban. Unless he and coach Kiffin have worked together before? If the common denominator is coach Saban is have to assume coach Kiffin “checked” his references with coach Saban?

Oh I am not saying he wasn’t the best of the group, but that isn’t saying much. And I only say he could not be a fit, that depends On the coaching staff

Well here is a little nugget for everyone, frank wasn’t on staff when LSU won any of their championships. So him being around isn’t as crucial as some might think

I think it shows that bama without Saban isn’t the world beater that they were when he was there.and as the Saban era gets further in the rearview the more they go back to where they belong. Louisiana has more talent to pick from with recruits.
