So, say CSP is on the the way out. Who do you want brought in?

Do you go get a college coach? or someone from the NFL?

Do you promote Jeff Ireland to full GM?

Hmm. This is a tough call. I want a no nonsense task master that will hold the lower coaches responsible and whip the players into shape. And I'd really like to shift to a defensive minded guy. I also want a dedicated offensive and defensive coordinator and the head coach not calling plays on either side of the field.

I can't think of anyone who is currently available or looking like they might become available that I would want.

Maybe a guy who is leading a really good unit this year like Wade Phillips, Hue Jackson, or Kyle Shanahan...

See, I just hear names like that and I wanna cringe. There is no way those are better options. There is no one.

that's my thing as well. I can't think of a single person where i go OK he's good. Might have to be another CSP like hire where it comes out of left field

Payton was made to look good by Brees. There was a reason parcells took play calling duties away from him.

Whoever it is, I really want it to be a nfl experienced coach. I don't want to take a chance on a college guy.

Don't know if Saints fire him, but if he want's to leave he'll have plenty of jobs to choose from.

They actually made each other look pretty good and they would've never had the success they had together on their own.

Anybody like Tom Clements from the Packers? He's been moving up with them, was Rodgers' QB coach and is now the assistant HC.
