Exactly. This is the same person who drafted Foskey over Brian Branch when it was painfully obvious to everyone that Branch was the pick.

I think the point of the post is we could have drafted 3-4 contributors or depth pieces. Instead, we traded up for a small receiver. I like Olave, and I think he could be good on the right team, but he has not seemed like a difference maker.

More importantly, it shows the mentality of the organization continuing to think they are just a piece or two away from contending, which leads to decisions that rob them of depth. Then when you have injuries, you are left with what we have seen this season.

Its impossible to grade our qbs considering the weapons they have to work with. Samething with the offensive coaching staff. Its a 2nd string offense basically

You saw what our defensive line did to the Redskins oline last week. Howell was playing with a line that was worse the year before.

But even at his best, he doesnt get YAK, or score many touchdowns. Now, he is brittle and certainly not worth signing to a second contract, or we will have more dead money ala Ramcheck- who we knew had a degenerating knee when we threw that money away
