It's true though - I heard it from very top of the organization that Sean was so resentful of everyday Saints fans "pestering him" (CSP's words) about "why don't you ever get LSU players? What about ___? You've got to draft him."

Sean Payton was a great coach at times but was stubborn as a mule 100% of the time.
