This was filmed when he was Saints coach. I think it was sometime around 2018. He expresses his left wing views at 1:06:00 (2017 Kaepernick) that led to the 2020 disasters that divided locker room.

Some of you guys hate for CSP has reached a unhealthy level.
Having said that, one of the few bright spots in this early NFL season for the Saints is that at least we're not Denver.
