Take it for what it's worth, couldn't get a lot out of him but he is a scout with saints.

Saints won't be drafting mcaffrey
Reuben foster is off their board
Saints love Patrick mahomes
Same guy said Peterson deal was done two days before news broke
Saints will draft a RT at some point in draft

He wouldn't give any more info

That's some juicy stuff right there.

I mean, I was positive we'd spend a first on a running back after hiring AP.

All of that can easily be guessed.

Very doubtful they go offense at 11 (unless things go really south).

Foster has a ton of red flags.

Long been said we like Mahomes.

Deals are usually agreed upon a few days before becoming official.

Already said we are looking for an Olineman, and a replacement for Strief is the obvious get.

Only way that get Mahomes is with 11th pick and we would be crazy to use it on him. We need to worry about Pass Rusher and CB. After that go for for it Shawn. lol

Hope if McCaffery is sitting there at #11 the Saints take him.

Mahomes may be #11. He doesn't drop to 32.

If they want a RT, draft Pocic with one of their 3rd round picks.

So I should only expect one of these four statements to actually amount to anything?

We won't be drafting McCaffery because he probably won't be there at 11.
Shocker, the Saints remove a guy with character concerns, they NEVER do that.
Loving Mahomes is common knowledge.

Your friend must not be a very high up, also this isn't like he's sharing military secrets, just tell him to tell you. The Saints would never know or care.

I can agree that the Saints love Mahomes. I don't think that they love him at #11 and I also don't think that he falls to #32.

So do the Saints have a number or plan for where they do love him.

According to the NFL Draft Chart the #32 pick is worth 590, say the Saints like him at #20. (850)

The Saints would have to find 260 points. Which is around a high 3rd round.

So the Saints could package #32 and #76 to move up to #20.

Could they package #32 and

I like Mahomes too but if he's the pick at 11 I'll prolly skip the rest of the draft. I'll be that pissed, especially after all the bullshite about improving the defense
