I don’t want any player who’s afraid of competition.KB can stay where he’s at.

I would be Ok with paying Olave at the bottom tier of the current top ten. Such a number would soon be top 25-30 money for WR’s. I’d just as soon get him signed rather than paying big franchise rage $ and then possibly having to pay even more with him not as happy bc of being tagged.

Lance is a project. He will be PS this season more than likely.

Lance wouldn’t make it to the practice squad. He’ll make the 53, just may be a healthy inactive early on.

Highly highly unlikely they’d do that with a 4th round pick. He’d have to show almost nothing in camp and preseason. And then chances are another team would pick him up off waivers so he’d never make it to our PS.

He's statistically a Top 10 WR. He isn't getting paid more than Chase/ JSN and Pickens/ Puka jump him within the next year. Giving him "Top 3" money really means Top 5 and probably #10-#15 in 2 years.

You can't say "bottom tier of Top 10" because those guys either aren't close to him or aren't close to the evaluation from 2-3 years ago...The bottom tier of Top 10 would get very similar money if they are paid right now.

Its so hard for y'all to understand that guys in the #8-#15 range got paid sooner. Doesn't mean they are "worth" less than Olave.

We wouldn't be overpaying for Olave, we are just paying him 2 years later than other guys.

If you bought a stock at $100 and someone bought it 3 years later at $300 while it continues to climb they didn't"overpay". That's just the current value.

You can be upset you didn't get in at a good time but it has absolutely nothing to do with an overpay or improper evaluation. That is the value and what he's worth right now. If we were paying him at a rate of 2-3 years ago then yeah this would make sense.

Bijan costs $5.5mil a year. Bijan is not worth only $5.5mil a year. This shite isn't linear.
