Potential Head coaching candidates ( hopefully offensive guys)??

Who are the top guys for a head coaching jobs ?
I am assuming Eric Bienemy will be one , unless Commanders decide to hire him after firing Rivera.
If Chicago fires their head coach, I would suspect Jim Harbaugh would be top candidate. If not him they will probably get the top guy since they have the best opportunity in the draft.
I can see Flores going to Carolina
Who do you believe will be the main guys. Might be a good Saints coach ??

I would say Ben is headed for San Diego, don’t get many job openings with a franchise qb already in place.

I have no faith in Loomis making a good pick. We already know that he wants a win now coach and he doesn't mind a career loser, so I present to you the absolute worst case of candidates (all have a worse than .400 win percentage).

I honestly expect a Ron Rivera type hire.
No mention of Kellen Moore?
Think about this before you laugh…what about Nick Saban with this roster? It’s an older roster that might actually line up behind his way of coaching. Don’t give him GM authority, just let him coach. It worked for Pete Carroll’s 2nd NFL stint. I think he just bit off more than he could chew in Miami.

Too many people are overlooking the obvious. If they decide to move on from DA, Doug Marrone has to be the front runner. Previous HC experience, and the team has the advantage of not only getting a head start since he’s in the building, they’ll be the only ones interested in interviewing him.

The coach isn’t all that important right now. There needs to be a complete revamping of philosophy when it comes to roster building before you dump some poor sap into this no-win situation

You never know why someone wants to take a job.
Sean Payton is a great example. He was getting interviews and really wanted the Packers job, but they went with McCarthy.
He could have stayed put, but he took the Saints job. And it was not an attractive job: team coming off an awful season, future in New Orleans murky, still searching for a franchise quarterback.

All great points and why the Saints won’t be the top opportunity. But some positives that could sway someone.
Absentee ownership could come with more control on structuring the roster.
Have some solid pieces to work with.
Based on how the season plays out you could end up w a draft spot to get your guy and won’t need to rush him out there
1-2 season leeway until you can dump Carr
If you’re not offered one of the top openings, when will your next opportunity come

Purely in terms of football. I could argue that the situation is worse now than when Payton took over. Far worse.

Not to mention it’s in New Orleans. New Orleans will always be my hometown but godamn if you’re a youngish NFL head coach with no ties to the region with a family and you have other options…
