For those going to the game in Paris in October -
I am interested in hearing what else everyone is going to do in and outside of Paris other than the football game.
Day trips, other places on the itinerary, favorite restaurants. Any Saints related activities?

Our plan is to fly to Paris the weekend before the game, rent a car at the airport and drive to the Loire Valley which is about two hours to the south. While basing in Amboise, we will explore the countryside, visiting the castles and wineries and soaking in the scenery. We will drive to Paris the Friday before the game and stay in the St. Germain des Pres neighborhood.
Might as well make a good vacation out of it.

I would suggest avoiding moose-limbs as much as possible.

Food Tour

I’d suggest a food tour. It’s a good way to see the city and experience a real French experience. I did the one in the link and it was great!

The Louvre is amazing, but don’t skimp on the Musée d’Orsay.

You better watch yourself down there. France is one of the worst offenders of importing 3rd world scum in Europe. Paris is barely recognizable, especially that area around the tower.

It’s a full day trip, but get to Normandy and visit Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery.

I highly recommend this. You can stay the night in the area or travel early in the morning from Paris.

I went to Paris last summer. I highly recommend taking the train to Versailles. Do the tour. It’s a great day.

Make sure your woman follows the government suggested anti sexual assault dress code on public transit if you’re using it
