Well if he goes, take Payton with him. Lets start fresh.

There really isn't anyone that better than him. He stays. He isn't the whole reason we suck on D. He's part of it, but not the whole reason

I don't think he's NFL material. The first time he got in a pro's face with that weird screaming bug eyed look, that player would get cramps from laughing so hard.

He wasn't like that in Miami, was he?

Why the hell hasn't the 2nd round pick sniffed the field this year?

Rob Ryan is an ignorant fat piece of shite.

He needs to be fired yesterday.

Just because I don't want to post nearly the same comment in 3 threads I'll make it short. IMO RR is making the right calls but our guys aren't winning their 1 on 1 matchups.

10 points at home with a healthy offense against the 30th ranked defense in the NFL

Hey look! Someone gets it. Now let's not go full retard and blame the defense.

How many losses can we blame on the offense this year? I would guess 3-4 easily.

Rob is not the problem. This defense just has no talent. Keenan Lewis is the only star on that unit and he is playing on one leg

Whoever had the idea to play Brian Dixon on AJ Green the majority of the 2nd half should be fired tonight.
Agreed. Nothing personal about Dixon but in the preseason I never thought he would make the team and now we have him covering their best player (mindblowing). I know Lewis is hurt. As an organization, the saints have done a poor job drafting cornerbacks. Heck, the Baptiste guy won't be on the team in a year or two.

Doubt it. Great year last year and a meh year this year. A lot of injuries and crappy DBs besides Lewis. If the pass rush is still bad come next year, he should be gone.

This is the same problem he had in Dallas. He didn't have talent worth a shite and the talent he did have got hurt. That and our offense not scoring more than 10 points isn't helping. Brees and Payton are to blame and I've never blamed them, but both have made some of the worst mental mistakes I've ever seen a head coach and QB make. They maybe past their due

I love both for what they have done, but I care more about the Saints than any player or coach.

I had a few thoughts on the subject...

Unless he rights the ship in the next couple weeks - Less than 20% chance he's even here to see the end of this one.

He simply doesn't have the horses-especially in the defensive backfield.

I wish we still had Isa Abdul-Quddus. Sure he was good for a bonehead penalty here and there - But the dude knocked the shite out of people on a regular basis.

We don't have any "animals" on our Defense this year... the kind of guy who induces alligator-arming a potential completion on a regular basis.
