It’s not the economics. It’s the shite product.

One team is heading in one direction while the other the opposite. Shouldn't be hard to figure out.

It was the perfect storm. We were playing like absolute crap this year & coming off a terrible loss against our hated rivals ATL. Detroit, a historically horrible franchise, who is playing lights out with a likely playoff berth in the future with fans who are dying for a winning team. Detroit & the state of Michigan are horrible places to be this time of the year. Their fans wanted to travel for this away game as a destination location.

Loomis needs to look himself in the mirror. There is absolutely no way he couldn't see this coming. And if he couldn't as someone in his position he should step down. But he won't.

Why do these people in power need to be so political with their statements? Why cant he be honest and say, "Yeah we see that Saints fans are pissed with the performance as of late. It's no surprise they sold their tickets to opposing fans."

Economics. Get the frick outta here.

I'm halfway surprised he actually shows up at the games.

It's ok. By the end of December he'll be used to it.

Hard work pays off in the long run but laziness pays of immediately and Loomis is reaping the benefits of his lazy HC search.

Don't understand it Loomis? You've tanked this team for years. Chickens coming home to roost.

I’m debating between wearing a black and gold “Fire Dennis Allen” shirt or a blue and silver shirt this Sunday.

So his dumb arse should see this as the fans making a statement.
If it bothered you, Mick, do something to give the fans a reason NOT to sell their tix. It ain’t hard.
Take a note from your ex coach:
DO. YOUR. JOB.

And some of you thought I was trolling

quote:

One of the things that we have here is a very, very passionate fanbase. I appreciate that. Our fans care. They want to win. We’ve set a high standard for that and when we don’t win it can become emotional," Loomis said. "Look, our team is fighting. They’re fighting and giving everything they can to win the game, every player is, and the booing doesn’t help us. It certainly doesn’t help us, and I know as a fan, myself, of teams, I understand that yea, I can be angry and boo. But I’m not helping my team doing that. ... They have the right to express themselves. They’re paying lots of money to come watch our team and they can certainly boo, but I don’t have to like it.”

if you want it to register at all, you need to wear a fire loomis shirt. if people wearing those starts trending, he might get worried. but we all know no one has the power to fire him, so maybe not even that would get his attention.

Wasn't just the stadium, the whole city was overrun with Lions fans all weekend. I've been in NOLA for home game weekends plenty of times before and I've never seen it to the level it was this past weekend. I was at the Christmas parade on Canal on Saturday and it was packed with people wearing Lions and Michigan Wolverine gear.

Part of me just has to tip my cap to the fans that made the trip. Lions are having a special season which is very rare for them and they're enjoying it while they can. I can't be mad at them for it.

He understands nothing…or won’t admit it. Hey Mickey, your coach sucks, your team sucks and you suck.

Crazy how the economy is affecting NOLA so much more than Detroit. For the sake of the team, I hope Carolina, NY & Atl's economies are not as thriving as Detroit's so we can have more of our fans in the stands.

Loomis is a clown

Loomis the fans also have a right not to like things too

Like a 150 million QB that statistically is no better than the backup journeyman we had last year

A HC and OC that are over their heads

A cap situation that will take 3-4 years to recover from on an aging roster that isn't as good as it was a few seasons ago

Bad trades, bad drafts

Probably the most egregious is going all in on a team in the worst division in football where every other team is rebuilding, with the NFLs easiest schedule by far and being in 3rd place in that division after 13 weeks

Fans also don't being lied to. We don't have the right people in the building, we aren't on the verge of a run, we are not potentially a good team that just needs to put a few little things together. This division that we are trying to win is a farce. We do not even have a boxers chance in the post season if we somehow fall face first into the playoffs
