Its really hard to regulate in regards for healing purposes. Because honestly they’re always be some aholes using it to get an advantage. Its better to just ban it, then allow it for certain purposes where individuals will exploit it.

I mean it will be exploited more if you try to regulate it for healing. Anything can be exploited, but the question is whats the least way to have people exploit it. That’s basically the determination when you install any rule for administrative purposes. But I’m assuming this whole explanation went over your head and we should just allow everythung until a roided out linebacker sacks a saints qb and stops us from getting to the playoffs. Then you’ll whine about that.
