Probably only coach worse than Allen, qb might be worse than Dalton, and no 1st or 2nd rounders next two years….

So cheer up…..

Are there NFL deals like mlb where you trade a player but eat some of the money?

Hackett, Allen, Mcdaniels. Its all the same.

Other teams having equally shitty coaches is no consolation.

Well, it isn’t as big of an impact due to the cap but Denver has unlimited money and we do not…

Walton family net worth: $212 billion
Gayle net worth: $4.7 billion

Obviously it matters less than say MLB but the Broncos have way more pull with the league and can just dump Hackett and his entire staff without blinking after the year. We are more monetarily restrained.

Not really weed legal in Colorado… this shitshow of a season would be easier to deal with if it was legal down here

Owners wealth play a role in being able to pay signing bonuses I think..

Yes it does. But benson has probably paid more in bonuses than any owner the last ten years.

All those contract restructures are made possible because she spends the money upfront

somehow someway we are only 1.5 games out of the NFC South lead

Also 1 game away from a top 5 pick going to the Eggles

But yeah, this year you could see 3 top 5 picks going to other teams

McDaniels failed in Denver and got his arse whipped by DA this year so we might have different definitions of fine

Denver has a couple of Superbowl wins. The Saints have only one.

As for Denver being in a worse situation, you know the Saints are like $50mm in the hole already for next year's cap, right? Roster is loaded with aging players and bad contracts. It's going to be pretty fricking bleak for the next couple of years until we can find a QB.

Did Denver hand over one of its best players and first round draft picks to a conference opponent who is gonna win the Super Bowl?
