IMO, yesterday was Carr's best game

This is not me supporting Carr at all, but he played his best game as a Saint. The Saints start was bad, but the pick hit right off of Juwan's hands. He responded well, especially with the crowd rightfully booing him. He still did Carr shite, like holding the ball to long and checking down for no reason, but in a season of terrible play, this was his best.

Our OL SUCKS arse. And the injuries have mounted up. We need to lose out and realize we aren't close

He played better and got in a decent groove. There are still times where he misses the wide open receivers (missing as in not seeing) though. We're too late into the season for him to look uncomfortable or lost out there.

Carr had a solid game, all things considered, but there were too many problems.

Carr plays like Dalton and Semen. When Winston was in at least it was fun to watch. Same goes for Hill, I would rather see Hill on the field than Carr. He is a winner. Makes things happen. Can't play scared to lose.

It was probably the offense's best game overall.

These games are few and far between. And, we still went scoreless in the first quarter again and had multiple unforced turnovers.

Here is another game where the offense is behind the entire game and because Jameis can't play hero after Carr gets hurt in the 4th qtr, he's blamed for the loss.

Jameis missed on those throws, but he isn't the reason we lost.

The pick was the result of poor execution from Johnson. The fumble is just a freak accident.

The problem is when Carr is great he’s still only barely above average for NFL quarterbacks.

Carr’s ceiling is around 10th best QB in the NFL. His floor is around 20th worst QB in the NFL. That’s what every reasonable fan said at the beginning of the season.

This is a bad team. We didn’t decide to play defense until the 2nd quarter yesterday. Our WRs and TEs have been sub par all year except for Saheed and he’s had one or two crucial drops as well. Our offensive line is a disaster. And our QB is mediocre.

Why?! Why why why does everyone think we just need a different QB and we will magically be better? People were clamoring for Winston to play over Carr until he gets in. Andy Dalton would have died a thousand deaths behind this o line. Is Semien even in the league anymore?

Dennis Allen is legitimately one of the worst coaches of all time. Pete Carmichael is unimaginative and calls plays like an idiot.

We have much bigger problems than Carr!

There was not a clearer example of Carr's reaction issue than the snap fumble. He did not react to his own fumble until after he took two more steps back and did a 360 turn. There are receivers open but Carr is just to slow to react and has zero anticipation of when the receiver is going to break open on his route.

Absolutely not the reason we lost due to the fact that this game started 21-0. But, Jameis missing wide open receivers at the end and our coaching staff not utilizing Hill more, is most certainly why we didn't have a chance to win after coming back either.

I'm sorry, but we can't blame Juwan for that. He probably knew how wide open Perry was on the other side of the field and figured no way in hell the ball was coming to him.

Carr routinely made the wrong reads yesterday. Ignoring half the field is not sustainable, and he never looks to both sides. A competent QB throws for 400 yards with the receivers we had open yesterday
