I think right now the focus ought to be on replacing Pete… the offense is the glaring problem and the playcalling has to get the lion’s share of the blame.

Bingo! The playcalling is awful.

Maybe we allow Curry to call some plays and stick Carmichael in the booth or bring in Todd Haley as an Analyst.

Ok sure.

Also untrue. We had a punt return TD. It was anything but domination.

The other team scoring zero points is in fact domination. We were putting together some sustained drives before he went down. Once Winston came in, we had one drive of more than 5 plays before the last one to get into FG range. Defense was left on the field too much in the 2nd half, which wasn't the case when....Carr was playing.

Tho I doubt we would be an attractive destination.

Yeah what coach wouldn’t want to come here with Kamara, Thomas, olave, Hill and Carr?

If you're going to play this game then you have to start at the beginning.

If you give up on DA you have to can the whole staff.

And if you're at that point then Mickey is out. Not necessarily out of the Organization but out of the GM role.

Do you promote Ireland or Harley (He's got promise but he's still real green) or bring in fresh blood.

Not that it's going to happen any time soon but if you don't completely clean house you're just going to get more of the same with plug and play coaches.

The defense was dominant. But, the offense was anything but. We had scored 10 points. Our OL was getting destroyed again. And, of course, that led to the injury we are discussing.

We had 2 drives in the first half that went past midfield. Now, to be fair, we only had 4 drives.

Our offense has been bad for 3 games now. It didn't start when Carr got hurt.

I'm not gonna argue that Carr has been prolific or above average up to this point. He does make us competent though, which is enough with a defense like this. If he starts to play a little better as he gets more comfortable, we just need about 24 ppg from the offense, which is about right in the middle of the pack. That's more than doable.

Gruden would be Ditka 2.0. Goodell would also try to ruin him to please Jay Z and his handlers

You bring in an offensive minded coach that is young, hungry, and most of all from outside the organization that doesn't have ties. Allen was the conservative move, and is not a culture change. Sooner or later the mentality of the defense is going to break when the offense can't score any points.

We are a missed FG away from being 3-0. In a game that was being dominated before Carr went down

The TD drive was impressive. however, the continued inability to score TDs and settle for FGs in the RZ is an issue. the swiss cheese o line is an issue and who is to say The pack wouldnt have adjusted their d in the second half with or without Carr.

Saints beat titans by 1 point thanks to a strong defense and historically crap performance by Tannehill.

Saints beat panthers by 3 --panthers with a rookie qb, no receivers, no running game and an o-line worse than ours. hardly dominant performances.
