Marcus Williams was Gawwwwbage..... Best move the Saints ever made was letting him walk....Every Saints fan blamed the CB and it was Williams that was never in place... Get over it we will be better off without him...

Wanted to keep him too he’s just about irreplaceable in pass coverage but it just felt like he wanted to go somewhere else regardless.

The fact that Vikings fans hang onto that one play and have not done anything with it, is why I don't let it bother me anymore.
They still don't have a Super Bowl.
Also I just counter with Alvin kamara's six touchdowns against them on Christmas Day or the fact that their Golden boy Favre threw an interception and we turned that into a Super Bowl run.
That usually takes the wind out of them

He's obviously good, but he gives up some of the craziest big plays I've saw -Vikings td and the jogging beside cowboy rb to the end zone are freaking ridiculous.

Taysom is a 6-2 QB and he’s flat out won us other games due to his contributions across various roles.
Marcus lost us one of our biggest games in franchise history and even last year he was a big part of a loss due to him escorting a running back down the sideline for 50 additional yards and a TD bc he was too afraid to actually pursue him and attempt to tackle him.
The bad contract we should all regret and we all pretty much did immediately was Project Peat’s contract.
That deal probably cost us Trey Hendrickson in the long haul who I personally miss much more than Marcus Williams.

His attempted tackle on that 80 yard Metcalf TD last year was pathetic.
Overpaying for Taysom did cost us not being able to afford a true #2 receiver the last few years though.
