1. It would magnify the injustice perpetuated on the Saints. No one questions the New Orleans Saints were denied a SB berth based on the officials' non-call(s).

2. Imo, the NFL is secretly pulling hard for NE. If the Rams win, forever asterisks.

3. It will hurt like hell no matter the outcome.

I think the NFL wants no part of the Rams winning it. They botched the rigging of the NFFCG and they don’t want an asterisk by the Super Bowl winner’s name. Even though there should be one no matter what, because the Patriots will not be beating the deserving team from the NFC.

If Rams win Super Bowl, you can bet opening season game is Saints @ Rams TNF

Laugh at me all you want but if the Rams win it I'm going Ucf mode and claiming SB champs. We won that game and the whole world knows it

I’m placing money on the Pats. It’s a lock. League will not allow the Rams to win, that will cause chaos

They've already gone all in because they think they need a Rams win to get the city to suddenly give a shite about football. I assume we don't see anything like what we just had to witness (in the super bowl or fricking ever again) but you can bet your arse any close calls are going their way and they will keep things as close as possible.

Won’t happen, then the botched call will be talked about for months. It’ll be a 3 pm game mid October.

The best way I've been able to get over what happened is the fact that there is no guarantee we win had we got to the Super Bowl. Sure as hell would've wanted to find out though. I have little interest in watching the game now but may feel different in 2 weeks.

I do too. The Rams didn't do anything wrong. In fact I think they've handled it pretty classy. I wish it were the Saints playing NE, because that was an auto-W for us. But if not us, i want the team that beat us

The problem with that is that no team "beat us"

After the SB, no one but NOLA fans will remember the missed PI call.

I'm praying for the Pats to utterly obliterate the Rams. NE may be the evil empire but I'm not sure there's a more unlikable bunch than the Rams.
