Lauscha and Loomis have been in control of this franchise since Tom was around. Nothing has changed.
Unless people are talking about firing Loomis, which was NEVER happening under Tom, I don't get what people want from her.

Tom Benson hired Mike Ditka and Jim Haslett. He hires Loomis and the saints become a force in the NFL for 15 years. We lose our hall of Fame qb and hall of fame coach in consecutive years and you think the previous success would be sustained? This is not a Benson or Loomis issue. This is a player issue. The stars on this team lack the character needed for them to be successful. Thomas, Kamara and Lattimore have all showed their true colors and this year's team has suffered because of it.

In reality, it’s miraculous the Saints have stayed in the 3rd world as long as they have. Post Gayle it becomes more likely they move.

You think Tom benson knew what was going on toward the end? We fielded incredible teams when he was clearly demented. Gayle isn’t a great owner but pretending that she is the problem is silly. You are just looking for a scapegoat that makes you feel better.

They're going to demand a new stadium and nothing in Louisiana moves fast. I also see the Saints moving in 5 years or so. Leaving after Katrina was bad optics, then Payton built a hell of a franchise that sold seats, now? We have a crap football team, terrible coach, no draft picks/in cap hell, and the oldest stadium in the NFL. Last domino to fall will be attendance.

The Saints are doomed for the foreseeable future. She doesn't know how or knows enough about the business to oversee/plan an organizational overhaul.

Absolutely do. Jerry is a shrewd businessman who knows selling the brand off the field is just as important as what he produces inside the stadium. He is not about to give up any of that without a fight.
