Of course.
Cap he’ll with money invested in aging vets combined with average drafting results in a team that needs to be rebuilt.
Landing a promising qb helps, but you can’t be good overnight. And you sure as hell can’t survive losing your LT, DE and MLB.

They announced the defense at the dome and it is essentially a unit of backup/rotational players on a good team outside of Chase young
