Free agent RBs to workout?

Alvin Kamara is missing time, again.
Kendre Miller just came back from missing time, again.
Devin Neal just came back from missing time.
Audric Estime ankle injury is to be determined.
Travis Etienne won't play in any preseason games
CJ Donaldson & Ty Chandler are the only "fully healthy" available RBs.
Kellen has proven to be diligent in roster and free agent assessment and churning the bottom of the roster, so who do we bring for a workout?
If Estime is out for a while, we need to bring in a power back.
Nick Chubb had 500 yards & a 4.1avg
Alexander Mattison didn't play in 2025 due to a neck injury before the season, but has been cleared and had some offseason workouts
Workouts to keep on short list in case Kamara/Miller/Neal miss a bunch
Miles Sanders went on IR after week 4, but should be healthy by now
Raheem Mostert extensive injury history, but played all 2025 for LV, though didn't do much
Austin Ekeler ruptured achilles in week 2 for WASH, but reportedly is fully cleared
Any unsigned FA rookies?
Any other teams stacked at RB to keep an eye on for cuts, or a swap of late round picks?

No, even without Estime we currently have (5) RB's.
Right now Chandler/ Donaldson don't make the roster. Why would we bring in a RB when we already have 2 as extra depth?

I don't like any of those guys.
If I know Kamara was going to be having this issue lingering all season I'd be on the phone with Jacksonville to see pitch a Rattler for DJ Dallas trade.
J-Villes backup QB situation is quite the shite show. Dallas is going into his 6 the season and hasn't really shown much but he has Run/Receiving/Return ability and he doesn't put the ball on the ground.
Ideally you hope Neal and or Miller do something but honestly I can't put my hope in Miller. Rattler might not be much of an upgrade to their back up QB spot but he needs a fresh start.
Doubt any of this would work but I'd pitch it.

Might be a hard sell to Jville who had field level seats for Rat man's dud last week
Maybe he can light it up this week

this is stupid
to bring people for a workout at a position that has 4-of-7 on roster have already been injured & missed time before playing preseason game #2?
I didn't say sign, this is to keep a short list viable players, similar to how we worked out WRs Chase Claypool & Josh Reynolds yesterday

The running back room is getting awfully thin with all these lingering injuries right now. Bringing in someone like Chubb or even taking a look at Sanders for a short-term workout might be necessary just to secure some stability.

I'd target a vet RB who is capable of picking up the pass blocking calls as quickly as possible and who is competent in that role.

Maybe, but they had field level seats to Carter Bradley and Nick Mullens show as well.
Rattler won that QB battle.

You can find guys on the street that can do what Deejay Dallas can

Nobody wants Rattler bruh. Joe Flacco off the couch is a better option for teams
