I can hear Collin on the TV in the living room saying our season is pretty much wasted. That you gotta be excited if youre a buc, falcon, panther, giant, cowboy or packer fan.

Will Smith now has nearly as many games suspended (6) as he had sacks (6.5) last season. Cool story.

Seems a bit harsh.
I'm still fuzzy on how the players can get suspended. It's the team offering extra incentives that are supposed to be a bad thing, not players. And what about QBs taking their linemen to dinner or buying them watches and stuff?

Well, Vilma was named in the NFL report (the only offender named) for putting a bounty on Favre for the NFC Championship game. Personally, this is what I expected for Vilma. But I anticipated more than 4 players suspended.
What did Vilma do that was equivalent to killing a man (Stallworth) and 12 games worse than raping a woman (Roethlisburger)?

He is a tool for not a) being consistent in punishment and b) not willing to release info.
I believe there is a reason for Vilma getting a year but give me the info not some "most egregious" statement.
