The #Vikings are signing pass-rusher Marcus Davenport, sources tell me, @MikeGarafolo, and @TomPelissero. He gets a 1-year deal worth $13M. Impressive.

Honestly glad he’s gone. Was tired of every year hoping this would be the year he put it all together

Rather lose Davenport than Onyemata and Tuttle...

Now he’ll certainly play every single game, be the healthiest he’s ever been, and dominate.

If by dominate you mean lead the league in almost sacks, then sure

After all we’ve given up for Davenport, hard to believe we wouldn’t go 1 for 13 on him. This reads like Davenport wanted a change of scenery

I legit wouldnt doubt if he set the single season sack record this year.

a one-year deal.

Smart, but they may just get 7 games from him.

He might, but regardless it just wasn’t going to work here and both parties needed to move on.

Davenport and Turner are such awful misses, really ashame.

I just don’t think he can stay healthy. Pulling for him because he seems like a good dude

His 5th year option was a chance to prove it tbh. Guy would’ve been paid top 10 at his position if he could’ve gotten double digit sacks
