Does Smyth still count (if kept) on the 53 man roster since he's an overseas player?

Once he was on the game day roster for x amount of games (I think 6?) he lost eligibility for that program.

Looks like it was only 3 games. Once he was active for the 4th game he lost eligibility.

I mean he looked solid in 1 preseason game.
He's actually shown to be a nfl caliber kicker over multiple years, including 4 90+% seasons. Nobody is gonna come running to pick up Charlie smyth

They're probably trying to trade Tanner Brown. Multiple other teams were interested when the Saints signed him.
