My records show that in the past 10 years I've started 11 threads on Saints Talk. If people here weren't so emotionally attached to Brees, they might see some merit to the argument.

Offense under Brees is scoring 5 more points than the offense under Bridgewater. So, even at the end, Brees is going to give you the best chance of winning.
So, do you go to a less effective guy because you know that the better guy (who by the way is the greatest Saint to ever play) will eventually fall off?
Clearly, the right answer is ride Brees until he can't play anymore...and adjust when it's time. If Bridgewater was outplaying Brees, at least you'd have a reasonable argument.
Having said that, the end is near. We need to enjoy the next couple of years.
