The chest shot is the lateral chest. That's prob a shot from the side not straight on.

I agree with that. I think Hayes doesn't quite understand the law like he thinks he does. (With info so far)

Hmm, almost like the same thing Hayes's attorney is doing. Funny that you seem to only be chastising one of them though.

except that Hayes' attorney has only used unbiased witnesses that saw what went down rather than people that were directly involved. That is the biggest difference.

I dont think he was thinking about the law.

he was either in a rage or scared for his life. I dont think he was calculating what part of rs14:20 was relevant.

I meant with the whole "he hit me, I am going to hit him." "he talks about having a gun, I have to use mine before he uses his." Then sticks around because he thinks it is all justified.

Yes. He was thinking, guy threatened me I can shoot him now.

People think shite like that.

Obviously pure speculation on my part.

Side of the chest had to of been the first shot. He then turns his back and Hayes unloads.

Screaming and yelling? Swinging at him? Being a bitch?

I guess we will find out, if true.

I am curious about who was shot first. Attorney claimed that Hayes intentionally shot the legs of the wife first, but that Will Smith was between Hayes and the wife at the time of the shooting.

im still going back to what that other witness said he heard that was on Nola.com

just weird he didnt hear or see any screaming from the wife previous to shots being fired.

not ruling it out. Just weird to me that he would neutralize the wife with gun shot wounds. Esp when the lawyer himself said that Will was between the shooter and his wife.

how'd Will end up slumped over the wheel with his feet on the ground outside the vehicle if he had his wife were standing on side of the vehicle and he was shot in the back?

Driver's door open. Will's left arm was slumped over the wheel.

Racquel was likely standing between the open car door and Will. Shooter was at his vehicle and re-approached. Shoots her 2x and Will 7.

She crawls away to the sidewalk because she cannot walk.

Look at the placement of the shots. She's probably 5'6 or less. He was 6'3. She's shot below the waist and he's shot in the upper or mid back. I'm finding it hard to believe that she wasn't targeted.

I've said from the beginning I simply do not see any verifiable impact. Everyone else is inferring impact. Its just not verifiable on the video.

You've been wrong consistently.

The vehicle was hit. It wasn't a major collision...and it wouldn't surprise me if there was no damage.

they saw no damage, so they continued on their way

This quote pretty much acknowledges that there was a small bump.

if that gun is in the door compartment and visible. this will really change things in my opinion.

If Smith's gun was visible, there would have been no need for a warrant to obtain it.
