He said just to stop her because she was in the way and engaging in the argument. I'm going to call him and see what else I can find out. Crazy stuff.

im still going back to what that other witness said he heard that was on Nola.com

just weird he didnt hear or see any screaming from the wife previous to shots being fired.

not ruling it out. Just weird to me that he would neutralize the wife with gun shot wounds. Esp when the lawyer himself said that Will was between the shooter and his wife.

yeah this is what I dont understand either. and how does will end up slumped in the benz? was the wife trying to stop will from getting the gun and was in the way? the shot placement on will and the fact the he was slumped in the benz, in my mind, makes me think that will was reaching for something or trying to get back in the benz.

any video or witness testimony of this will be the key to if this guy is innocent or not in my opinion.

Driver's door open. Will's left arm was slumped over the wheel.

Still confused how his body weight wouldn't take him to the ground.

Yeah that is the hardest part to put together.

Is it just me or do both of her wounds look like they could've been caused by one bullet? or did they find two bullets in her legs?

Look at the placement of the shots. She's probably 5'6 or less. He was 6'3. She's shot below the waist and he's shot in the upper or mid back. I'm finding it hard to believe that she wasn't targeted.

it does look like he was somewhat trained with the weapon judging by those bullet wounds. Looks like he shot Will rather precisely, to the heart-side of his body. With his wifes wounds much lower. You could be right.

I'm wondering who the two passengers in Smith's SUV were. Is it confirmed that Thomas was NOT there?

I would advise him to talk to no one but the Police or the DA.

and are we now totally discounting Smith telling Hayes he had a gun?

I doubt the "eyewitnesses" were standing so close to the crime scene that they'd endanger themselves with the possibility of getting shot.

A lot of the witness testimony is what they heard or saw from a distance. Maybe they heard the 2 occupants of the Hummer?

Maybe there's a video that captured the events at the second accident scene.

That was very odd and also makes me want to vomit thinking about it.

That was my first thought. Almost all of Smith's hits are in the same area. There's definitely a degree of control there.

depends on the distance. 1-5 feet away is pretty easy for anyone to hit a mass the size of wills back. anything beyond 7-8 feet gets much tougher for someone untrained.

also, hayes was a large man, so its not like the kickback from the pistol would affect him as much as a 100 lb woman, so easier to stay on point.

If she was shot outside of the car they will be able to prove it.

I'm pretty certain that the police chief said all casings were recovered and none were inside the car. This was at the first press conference.

I went through those pics thinking someone was looking in the car for evidence until I realized this guy isn't moving from pic to pic.

there is no reason for a casing to be inside of the vehicle. the real question is was will standing in the door/reaching inside of the car while being shot or was he outside of the vehicle and made his way to the inside of the vehicle after being shot.

ut that Will Smith was between Hayes and the wife at the time of the shooting.

This is only true when Hayes was back at his vehicle.

He re-approached and came up closer to them standing by the car door.

Um emphatically yes we do a thread for his account since there's others stating the opposite!
