Trading either Jose/ Hawk and signing Boston does this easily without evening adding a player. And we could still add another vet and be under.

If we are keeping CJ then Hawk needs to go. Absolutely pointless.

I'm so sick of drafting players and refusing to develop them properly. Why draft players and look to the future when you have 33y/o players that won't be here in 2 years am i right??

I have my concerns about Hawkins but I’m certainly not giving him away

Why the hell would we do this?

I would legit rather give him away and see CJ sit all year with an injury in the hopes we are terrible again > have to see this fricking team "run it back" without BI and watch CJ waste 30min a game while stunting Hawk's growth/ potential another year for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON other than to keep CJ for a year.

We aren't winning a fricking championship and CJ has 0 value to the future of this team.

So no I don't want to give away Hawk. But id rather burn this shite the frick down and watch it burn before we waste another season in limbo

You would end up with some seconds and Capella resigned as your starting center at a lower price. Probably two years in MLE range (just over via bird rights)

Per 36 he’s 15.1, 14.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks, 57.3% FG%.

I realize this is very depressing. However, as I’ve said before, taking BI into the offseason is only viable with a CJ dump. A BI sign and trade would be done by taking on unsavory contracts for next year. And we can’t really afford taking on bad money WITH CJ rostered. We are better off trading BI now. But we shall see.

I would rather go into next season with a top 6 pick and BI/ Zion locked in for another 3+ years

Keep CJ on this roster past tomorrow

*If our actual franchise goal is to win a championship and not waste another year of our time.

so you want to keep BI and Zion for another 3 years instead of keeping CJ for one more year because you don’t want to “waste time and try to compete for a ring”. Y’all are mentally ill

Yeah, Shams updated it, it’s saying Kevin Durant does not want to go back to GS.

Phoenix Suns management did their due diligence to listen to what other teams had to offer in a trade from teams that included the Warriors, Rockets, Mavs, Wizards per a Suns source.

Suns front office believe that because they were entertaining offers from other teams, there's a "general perception based upon media reports" that the Suns were looking to trade Durant.

As of now, the Suns have no interest in doing so.

Kevin Durant has no interest in a return to the Warriors.

A Wizards pairing would have been a homecoming to the DMV area for Durant.

As for Dallas, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant do eventually want to be teammates again.

On the Rockets side of things: KD and Ime Udoka have been colleagues during their tenure as Brooklyn Nets employees.

The NBA's trade deadline is set for Thursday (tomorrow) at 3 PM ET.

Are you saying that you think a team with CJ has a higher chance to win a championship than a team with BI or Zion over the course of the next 4 years?

You'd be wrong

Warriors are desperate. Try to sell them on Ingram. They have a lot of expiring money. Kuminga + expirings for BI. Try to sign kuminga to a reasonable deal

No I think neither scenario is getting you close to a ring so why extend the at best mediocrity for 3 more years. I’d rather trade BI and Zion now (bi) and during the summer (Zion) while dealing with CJ for just one more year than keep them for 3 more years

We would either end up with about 4 players from them or take Wiggins, who has long term money, if we don’t involve another team.

I’m hoping this makes them come hard after Ingram, but I doubt they offer up Kuminga. Probably Wiggins and Schroeder with picks for Ingram

Wiggins has two years left (one regular, one a PO) on his deal and puts us right back against the tax next year.

Kerr very notably did not like playing Ingram on Team USA at all.

I really cannot imagine him wanting BI unless the Warriors get really desperate and the cost is just dumping contracts

Not sure Shroeder can be aggregated.
