He is more perimeter than post. Again, he isn't a post up player like the bigs of old. But he's a catch and shoot perimeter player with a limited, for now at least, dribble game. He's similar to Anderson. That's very different from a primary/secondary ball handler.

I think Davis is changing the definition of a "post player," and maybe its only applicable to his game.

I think he's is turning into a very good player from the post, just not with his back to the basket. He's doing it facing the rim.

If he's able to catch and pivot, you're basically done as a defender. You just kind of have to hope he misses. Whether he drives, takes the jumper, the pull up jumper, the little hook, the jab step spin in the opposite direction.

He has basically everything you could want when he's facing up.

I agree completely. He's already flashing more moves than last season and is largely unguardable at 22. With more refinement/experience, the sky is the limit.

But he's still reliant on guys getting him the ball, which I think was the point about perimeter v post.

Curry is great, but no, I agree, you always want a super star big man first!

No because of the age difference.

Not sure why that is funny to you, but your post once again is childish and offers nothing

Curry is an exceptional shooter and an all time great with it. MJ had to develop his outside shot when he came into the league but had a much better driving game

Golden State would immediately swap Curry for Davis.

I wouldn't doubt they would swap mid playoffs if they could do it.

ind a way to have both play on the Pels and they would be unstoppable. Davis needs a dynamic PG and Curry more than fits the bill. Holliday is good, but he's no Steph Curry.

That's it everybody. He found a way to solve Pelicans problems. Oh and he said jrue is not Steph curry good. Revolutionary stuff you spitting out today

everyone keeps on saying this, but it's a lot easier to lead a team at 27 than at 22 like we're asking of AD

of course we weren't a championship contender like Golden State was, but that kind of leadership helped make them one

it's been shrewd to have little in the sense of veterans taking minutes during the rebuild, but now that we're expecting more, we need to find a guy like Paul Pierce or whoever that's been through the wars

I honestly think that Harden should've won MVP not Curry

Dumb trade is dumb.

Davis is the soon-to-be-best-all-around-player-on-the-planet.
