It would also pose the same problem the current Nets team had: all offense, no defense or rim protection.

It would be literally copying the Nets approach with Harden/Kyrie/KD but swapping Harden for Lebron and hoping this time for better results.

It's probably the best offseason outcome the Lakers could make, but also not sure they'd be favorites?

What power would he be giving up?

KD/Kyrie would be coming to HIS team

Lebron is also the type of ego(and he's probably right to an extent cause he kept him in line before...for a while at least) that thinks he can control Kyrie's bullshite for a while.

They're both younger and KD is better. The organization will cater to him and Kyrie since that's his crazy sidekick not Lebron.

I used trade machine (not ESPN one) and basically sent Barrett, Quickley, and 1-2 other team options guys to Brooklyn and sent a few guys to Detroit as part of the current salary dumps.

I dont see it happening like that

Just like arguably AD was the best player during their playoff run, it's still Lebron's team.

And in reality, all that matters is what Lebron THINKS going into it. If KD/Kyrie get there and Lebron gets his feel feels hurt by next year that the team is more loyal to KD/Kyrie, oh well, if the Lakers are ok with it.

AD is a puss beta bitch that's very happy to ride Lebron's coattails. There's no way Lebron views him as a legacy threat. KD actually is.

I had mentioned Washington before.

If the Wizards send everything they have minus Beal. I think they could take on both players. It would be just those 3 and all minimum players. The Nets could flip a bunch of players and start a rebuild with some of the young pieces. It's an option..

Lowe mentioned the first 3 calls the Nets should make is Toronto, Cleveland and Pels. He didn’t think an Ayton package was a sufficient return.

If Lebron rides off into the sunset with 1-2 more titles and breaking tons of career numbers, I guarantee he won't be thinking his legacy has been bruised.

I still don't think Lakers have an offer the Nets would accept, but there is no doubt in my mind Lebron wouldn't secretly jump at the chance to swap out AD for Kyrie/KD.

This works salary wise for Knicks if they haven’t completed the Noel trade and are able to tie it together:

Knicks: Brunson (4/100 S&T), Kyrie, KD

Dallas: Cam Reddish, Quickley

Nets: Fournier, Randle, Toppin, Barrett

Pistons: Burcs, Noel

Supposedly Celtics have talked to Nets. Would Brown, Smart and a couple 1sts for KD be enough?

I would think they would want Tatum. I don’t see a trade happening quick, Brooklyn will shoot high for awhile.

Can't combine a TPE with players.

If I were Celtics, I would have to say no.

With free agency starting, they would be in their best interest to do this quickly. Teams won't wait that long and will fill out their rosters accordingly.

When has adding a 34 year old ever really worked out?

I guess Lebron's Bubble title, but that's bullshite and we all know it.

People are obsessed with who Durant was and lose sight of what he is and will be in a year or two.

He looked beyond mortal in the playoffs. He's not getting better or younger only worse from here on out.

No, TPE’s cannot be combined with anything else, players salaries have to fit inside the TPE
