I'm just here to add I hope to God we aren't considered a team in this

He is a top 3 Superstar in the league locked in on a 4 year contract. Put him on this team surrounded by our core we are a title contender for the next 2-3 years. You have to consider it and play with the numbers.

I don't really care one way or the other. Players come and go. It'd be nice to win. But I don't like a ton of drama that Durant brings. We would steal the offseason though and be the lead story for a long time..

Look I think he'd do great with what we have now, but you have to realize we would be giving up A TON to get him. I just don't see a realistic scenario for us that doesn't make me want to barf.

Yup, I would put the salary and the picks on the table, but I’m not giving up Zion, BI, Herb , CJ or Trey

Anyone else could be added, but Brooklyn wouldn’t take it.

They have over 30 million in cap space and 11 draft picks to play with, along with value players in Barrett and Quickly. They could put together a pretty damn good package.

And as Zach Lowe responded, everybody was watching this so who the hell wants to bring both in?

Knicks and Lakers would be the 2 teams dumb enough to do it.

I honestly could see the Lakers offering up Westbrook and AD for Kyrie and Durant.

That's the sort of offer that scares me

And TBH, the Lakers SHOULD do it. Even attach both firsts they have available to trade.

Lakers wouldn't because Lebron isn't ceding all that power. If you bring both in now you're the one that has to give Kyrie a 5 year max which no one wanted to do as recently as yesterday.

Whoa. That is crazy. But totally true.

I never considered they would want to go together. That's almost 80M in salary. How many teams can take that?

What power would he be giving up?

KD/Kyrie would be coming to HIS team

Lebron is also the type of ego(and he's probably right to an extent cause he kept him in line before...for a while at least) that thinks he can control Kyrie's bullshite for a while.

Would be one of the worst trades of all time.

Lakers have pretty much said they’re done letting Lebron run the team, it’s the type of move you make to make a point.

Lebron, KD and Kyrie together if they can stay healthy is a very good championship caliber team, no matter who you put around them, which is why I could see it offered.

For the Nets I would agree

Nets would have to demand both firsts and a swap to go with it. And even then I'm probably taking other calls first.

The Knicks could if they moved some additional pieces around.

No one else but the Lakers is really able to do that.

The Lakers will still have a lot of the same problems if they do this, though… theoretically, their Big Three fits together better but they will have no supporting player and can’t offer over the TP MLE or a minimum contract for them.

LeBron, Durant, Kyrie? Potential dangerous playoff team should they get there.

But all three of them have had trouble staying on the court the past few years.

If they're done with Lebron running the team they're not bringing in crazier Kyrie to do it. Because if KD AND Kyrie are there that's what happens.

Knicks would have to include Randle and likely have to include a 3rd team because of how many contracts it would take.
