Will the almighty James Borrego be able to match Willie's 2-10 record this season?

Our vaunted Pels are 1-10 since Willie's firing. Borrego will have a chance to match it this Saturday in Brooklyn.

The excitement knows no bounds.

Let be fair. Willie had an entire offseason and pre season to prepare for such an impressive record.

Let's be fair, I'm assuming almost every off-season, Willie's coaching plan involved Zion as a large part of the game plan, only for Zion to repeatedly tap out like a bitch (injuries, personal issues, load mgmt), resulting in Willie and the staff left scrambling on game plans and our other players constantly having to play roles well above their heads.

I think Boreggo sucks, but enemy number 1 is Zion. Let's get rid of that worthless frick and figure out the rest afterwards. I guarantee a very large dark cloud will lift from the team once the main source of the cancer is gone.

I dont think Borrego is necessary the answer, but the team he is coaching looks better than the team with all the players WG was coaching.

If you don't see that Borrego is the superior coach, you are as retarded as Tim Walz. Literally every metric has improved, our offensive flow is noticeably better, and he is doing it mostly with G-leaguers and rookies.

With that said, I want a different coach next season, but shudder to think what Dumars would hire.

Who cares. Willie is not the coach anymore and that's all that matters. It's the start of the rebuild. Dumars should have been allowed to fire him sooner but I'm just glad he's gone. Borrego is just a stand in.
