Guy has legit all star potential! He can't be put back on the bench!

I like him giving the second unit some scoring punch. Hopefully CJ gets straightened out, and you have plenty scoring in the starting lineup when BI returns.

Who has better odds to win 6th man of year, Trigga or Jose?

Both are basically 0

I looked it up just now. Didn’t expect them to be such long shots honestly. Trey is +3500 and Jose not even listed. Guess we’re so deep we spread out all that bench production.

Pretty crazy that Mathurin could win both ROTY & 6th man if he plays this well throughout the season.

Trey is in the perfect role for him. He is not as good of a defender as Herb and would be asking Trey to guard the opposing team best player most likely getting him in early foul trouble like the 1st half of today's game.

He is more important long term than herb and that’s not a slight to herb. Trey will make 30m/yr on his next contract. We need to prepare accordingly.

We will worry about that after we win back to back finals. Gayle will prolly open that check book big time then.

He’s our version of Klay.

He can be much better imo. Klay was primarily a spot up shooter. I remember him dropping like 50 with only 4 dribbles. Trey has unlimited shooting range and can bully 7 foot centers in the paint off the dribble.

If trey can add 10 pounds of muscle and keep that bounce and shooting touch...the league is fricked
