If Trey repeats Monday over the course of Summer League do we run BI at the 2?

Or play one of them at the 4 and Zion at the 5 and press straight gas, homie.

Graham
NAW
BI
Murphy
Zion

that lineup would be so interesting to me in a small ball set up.

I remember feeling Zion at the 5 just wasn't going to work last season. Hopefully Zion gets his motor fixed this offseason because him playing small ball 5 opens up the options a lot.

Murphy is going to have to be a strong rebounder and help defender for both Zion and Ingram for it to be a staple lineup. Zion has to be dominant on the boards this year if they play him at the 5 and leave JV off the court.

I like the potential versatility in the lineups for this season. Green is going to have a lot of options to counter and control the opposing teams rosters/lineups.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Bulls were asking for Trey Murphy for Lauri after yesterday game... I kid

Maybe.

I always Remembers people on Twitter talking up Hart’s rebounding and then I’d watch a game and he would be crashing the boards over his own teammates at times.

I appreciate hustle but yeah his numbers were a bit Inflated

Can also be the same for BI. Only if he uses his 7’3 wingspan to defend and grab rebounds.

Really the most interesting lineup could be

NAW
BI
Murphy
Zion
Hayes

3 guys who can be ball handlers.

4 guys who can shoot (if Hayes continues to progress there)

A lot of pick and roll combos.

Although maybe Graham over NAW

Herbert Jones

Imma call him Herb "The Blurb"

because i feel like he is going to be the king of the little things.

Like he will put up a 4/4/4/4 stat line.

If we become a winning team he wont be a top 8 performer but i can see Articles that start with "The Pelicans dominated the ......" and end with a blurb of "Herb Jones had 6 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assts, and a pair of steals"

hope that's the playin game lineup

means hayes beat out jv.
means naw beat out Graham.
therefore a good bench playoff rotation.

funbunch
do you see hayes starting game 1 over jv?

if that happens JV took a huge step down in his play. Highly doubt that happens if JV is healthy

Or Hayes took a huge jump up in his game

He's got a "fighting" chance these days
