Only thing I think they may do is dump DG. Still don’t think we make any moves, especially since we really don’t know what we have with this roster when fully healthy.

It’s hard to believe someone will take DG. He’s negative value.
I think they will try hard to find homes for Willy and Jax and use salaries like Temple to try and make numbers work.

yeah no one is taking him. If you arent trying to use his salary in a trade right now, he'll become much easier to trade in the offseason when he is basically an expiring

A partially guaranteed contract over multiple years means it is easier to stretch him, too.
Not that eating a few million a season in cap space is great but he can help us coke under the tax if we split his money across five seasons.

Isn't only a small portion of DG's contract guaranteed next year? We can just buy him out after this season if we wanted to.

I used to think he didn’t know anything but he called the pels being interested in Karlo matkovic before this past draft. I follow the draft pretty close and had never heard of this dude or seen him in any mocks then come draft night pels end up drafting him. Mac earned some cred from me for that

No that’s the season after next.
He makes 11.5 this year, 12.1 next, then partially guaranteed for 2.85 in 24/25. He is essentially and expiring after this year since that partial guarantee is so small and the cap will rise close to 20m by then that it’ll be seen as next to nothing by teams
