The 12 games that will determine everything

Pels will win the next 3. People will get excited again. They will say Niko is back and our record is 9-2 with Elfrid, blah, blah. Just telling you what the mood will be on January 10th. But then this is what lies ahead in the next 12 games as the trade deadline nears
at Minny
at LAC
at GS
at Port
at Mem
vs. Det
at OKC
vs SA
at Hou
vs Den
at SA
vs Indy
Those 12 games determine the season. And should determine what the Pels do at the deadline. 8 road games in there, all against teams with a better record than the Pels. The four home games feature 3 teams clearly better than the Pels and Detroit. Odds say that should be a 4-8 stretch, which would put them at 24-30. Meaning they likely have to go 21-7 or better to make the playoffs.
But maybe they shock the world and stay healthy and they really are that good when they have everyone and they go 7-5. Sit at .500 with the trade deadline staring them in the face. Then, buying makes some sense.

If I keep starting the game threads then 4-8. Sigh.
In all seriousness with a healthy Niko I could see a 7-5 scenario but we'd have to be playing much better from a consistency standpoint.

Assuming everyone stays healthy and actually play like they want to win from the start of games (not starting in the second half)..
That's what's so frustrating about this team, we have the talent to be a top 4-6 seed, they just play half assed most of the time..
If Harden can single handedly carry Houston with the kind of tear hes doing, AD and Jrue shouldnt have any problems carrying this team

Are you talking about in a trade for AD or Moore??
Because AD will net FAR more than what you are thinking..
And FYI for the 46384629th time, AD couldnt go to Boston until after the season is over.. We will be glad to give yall Hill, Wes and a 1st rounder for Kyrie though since your team is better without him.

If you deal now the recipient gets two playoff runs.

Spurs got more than that for Kawhi when he already said he wanted to go to LA...
With the bidding war that would be going on for AD, theres no way the pels will come out with what you're saying

I feel the same way which is why I'd be more than willing to trade AD away if he can't carry this team to the playoffs. No way you should be considered a top 5 player in the league and make that kind of money if you cant even get your team to the playoffs.

I go into every road game assuming a Pels loss. Maybe beat Pistons and Spurs at home but that is assuming full health.
