Yep. Stated it before and will say it again. I believe from what I have heard that she has Zion's strong endorsement. She also has relationships with the players and would not be starting from scratch. There are fences to mend. Also she will be much cheaper than a former HC.

i'm gonna hold out hope that Gayle signed off on dumping Stan because she disliked his political bullshite.. and therefore hiring a black female coach to get pats on the back from the media is not at the top of her wishlist

Exactly. Any “pundit” who says she will “unite” Louisiana basketball fans has no idea about the state of Louisiana. I’m a Tech grad from North Louisiana who spent a decade living in New Orleans. Nobody in South Louisiana except for Tech grads care about Louisiana Tech or even know much about it. It’s sad but true.
